Feather Color: Shakira's feathers are dark brown on the top and light chocholate/coffee colored feathered on the bottom of her wings.
Physical Build: Shakira is a small bird, not too big in hight or weight. She has a strong build and long wings compared to most other swallows. Her limbs are shorter than average though, not by a lot, but just enough to keep her off balance and have her be a bit clumsy. Her head is about average as far as size goes, and her body is thin and slender.

Shakira is a tell it how it is kind of bird. If you ask her how her day is, she'll tell you, even if you are dropping readable hints saying "I'm being polite. I don't REALLY care about how you are doing." She will give you the details of her storys, and they are never exactly very short. Shakira is really socialable, and has a phobia of being alone.
Her flaws:
Shakira isn't perfect, no one is, she has a couple of things wrong with her. She isn't a good listener, and she hates being yelled at. She can't take a hint and she can be rather annoying. She could talk all day if you allowed her too. She isn't cunning and she isn't the smartest bird in the sky. She hates being ignored, and she'll do anything to get another birds attention.
The light side of the moon:
Shakira does have her light side though, she is funny, creative, and kind. She loves to make jokes and make people smile, and she always loves to build and make things, and loves coming up with solutions for problems. She tries her hardest to be nice to everyone, and most of the time, succeeds.
History:
Before she was born:
Grinler and Isallia met when they lived in the desert. They were both searching for water and happened to meet up. They were young back then, and flirted for about an hour before contiuing their search. Grinler ad Isallia met a few more times before deciding that they wanted to be mates. They found a place to nest, inside a cactus, and had baby birds.
Wha Wha:
Shakira and her siblings were not easy to take care of. Grinler went out every morning to find food while Isallia watched over the children. Shakira, Sia, and Ylvis probed to be a handful by getting in trouble, plotting put schemes, and trying to prove to one another that they were the best. Shakira especially wanted to be labeled as a leader. She claimed she would be the one to return the stars. She said she would go on the quest to bring the ledgendary beautiful lights back up to the sky.
I can walk on water, I can fly:
Learning to fly was one of Shakira's strong points, in her litter, she had the strongest and largest wings, she was able to do it first and sometimes even wokeup early enough to help her father hunt for food. Her first worm came 2 months after learning to fly, both Sia and Ylvis got theirs at 4 months. Shakira had an eye for food, and was picky about her food, but she got over it as soon as she started to grow and became very hungry all the time.
I just can't wait to be king:
Shakira was ready to grow up, she always had dreamed of the moment she was finally ready to leave the forest den (Grinler and Isallia had moved to support the kids,) and go out into the world. As soon as she was old enough, she said her goodbyes, and left.
I'm on my own, so far from home:
Shakira decided to go back to the desert. She decided she would begin her quest their. It took her a while to find out that their was water in cactus for her to drink, but she learned the tricks and lives their now.
