Raphique sighed, rolling his aching bones. He had just let out a terrible secret to an irresponsible young bird he had never met until now, with only the word of a young kingfisher. Gruffly, in an effort to regain his pride, Raphi turned away. "No." He hooted brusquely. "Go away and take brightfeathers with ya." The old owl waved him off and began to shoo the swallow out of his tree. At the last second he whispered to him. "Keep up." With that, Raphique firmly pushed him out of his tree(s).
Kyra jumped in surprise as she saw Aravind tumble out of the tree. "What are trying to do old owl?! Kill him?!" She smiled softly as she scolded him with a huff if disdain. "Come on, lets go."

Before falling Aravi could hear the whisper from the elderly owl "Keep up" *With what?* the thought flashed through his mind as he kept tumbling for some seconds, before managing to finally get on his feet and flap his wings, lifting his body and hovering for a moment, in a slightly dissapointed tone, he tweeted "Nice meeting you too." Aravind flew towards Kyra smiling, finally he was in his "comfort" zone IF he could call it that. "Where do we go now?" Aravi asked in a curious tone. A rumble could be heard, Arav was feeling hungry, he had only eaten butterfly and a fish scale since he fell on the island, Aravind started to hum, trying to muffle the noise and hoping Ky wouldn't notice, *the last thing I want to be is a burden.* he thought to himself

"The tropics of course!" Kyra chirped happily. All the while she was waiting on the two she was thinking of how gloomy and colorless it was here. So it made sense to go to the tropics despite Raphi's warning. That old hoot would find a way to make any place seem bad! The kingfisher took flight. "Besides, I could kill any fish easy!" Ky said, boasting. She was a very proud girl after all.
With not another word she sliced through the air as easily as a fish's scales.

Raphi sighed. "They're going to get killed."

Before flying away, Aravind stopped for a moment and hovered, waved a goodbye at Raphique with his short talons and left, following Kyra
